Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms of service below.How to Order
1. DM me on Twitter with what you would like to order.
2. After a brief discussion, I will give you a quote of your project.
3. Once the price is agreed upon, payment is done through Paypal Invoices in USD.
4. Invoice must be paid in FULL before I start the commission.Credit
1. You must credit me for the design somewhere on your profile (ex. Twitch panels, Twitter etc.)
2. You must link my Twitter or Twitch, depending on where you are crediting.
3. Example: Design by Aida (https://twitter.com/eytotheda) (https://www.twitch.tv/aida_v4)Process
1. When you reach out to me, I'll ask you several questions about what you are looking for in your commission. Anything is helpful to give me an idea of what you want (ex. colours, font styles, images, references, mood, etc.)
2. I will present you with 1-3 rough, traditional sketches of the ideas I come up with based on your wants.
3. After choosing a direction to go with, I will begin working digital sketches.
4. I will present you with 1-3 digital sketches. This is the time for feedback!
5. From your feedback, I'll continue refining 1 design.
6. You will receive the final files as both .png and .svg for logos and overlays, as well as a .psd template for schedules.
7. Commissions will take 2-5 weeks to complete. If you are in a rush, let me know as soon as possible. An additional fee may be added if the timeline is too short.Refunds
1. You can get a full refund if I have not started or barely started the commission yet.
2. Once I finish the digital sketches, no more refunds are allowed.Commercial Usage
1. Logos, overlays, panels, banners, and schedules all have basic commercial usage.
  a. May be used on social media and streaming platforms.
  b. Client may not transfer or re-sell the materials.
  c. Materials cannot be extensively edited by another party unless given permission.
2. Extended commercial usage is required if you wish to use the materials on digital or physical merch. A 100-200% fee will be added for this usage.
3. For corporate usage, please contact me on Twitter to further discuss pricing.General
1. You are NOT allowed to use my designs for non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency and generating derivatives works using AI software and generators.
2. I have the right to turn down or halt any commission if necessary.
3. I will protect your personal information and you must do the same for me.
4. I have the right to use your commission in my portfolio and on social media, unless confidentiality is required for a certain length of time.
